Children and unvaccinated allowed to enter malls from Saturday

Doha: Children and unvaccinated are now allowed to enter malls, according to the latest Cabinet decision on Wednesday, January 26, 2022. 

The latest decision, that will come into effect from Saturday, January 29, 2022, includes a decision to let commercial complexes to operate at full capacity. 

This will give access or entry to everyone, including those who are fully vaccinated and those who are not. Children are also allowed to enter these commercial complexes.

Furthermore, food courts inside these commercial places shall operate at 50% of it’s capacity. 

Allowing the opening of prayers halls, trial rooms and toilets in those complexes, with all shops adhering to the maximum number of customers allowed in them, as determined by the Ministry of Commerce and Industry.

According to the latest cabinet update, these decisions will take effect from Saturday, January 29, until further notice.
