Doha: Students of Qatar in public, private and international schools and community schools will participate in the tests of the Program for International Student Assessment (PISA), which will be held from March 1 to April 19, 2022.
To prepare for these tests, the section of Arabic Language in the Department of Educational Guidance at the Ministry of Education and Higher Education held a virtual meeting with the coordinators of middle and secondary schools, during which it was emphasized the importance of intensifying efforts to prepare well for these exams in its session for the year 2022, to raise the level of students, and achieve the best results to raise the status of Qatar in the world.
The meeting included several axes about the international test (PISA) and Qatar’s participation in it for the sixth time and its fields, which are reading, mathematics and science, as well as a discussion of students results and average achievement in previous courses since the start of participation in 2006 until the 2018 session, and the call for intensified efforts to raise the level of students to achieve the best results.
