Doha: The Ministry of Education and Higher Education announced the school hours during Ramadan 2022 in public schools. According to a circular from the Ministry, the working hours will be as follows:
From grade 1 to 12: From 9 am to 1:25 pm
Students attend 5 lessons per day, provided that each school organizes the timetable at a rate of 25 lessons per week. The duration of the lessons should be 45 minutes. 5 minutes break are allotted between lessons.
Kindergarten: Starting hours from 9 am to 1 pm
Students attend 4 hours a day and each school organizes the schedule according to the set schedule
English should be offered 4 times a week for each class. Physical education once a week for each class.
