Doha: The College of Science and Engineering (CSE) at Hamad Bin Khalifa University (HBKU) held an on-campus information session for prospective students on Wednesday.
CSE Founding Dean, Dr. Mounir Hamdi, along with the faculty staff presented an overview of CSE’s 13 specialised graduate and undergraduate programs in high-demand fields including information and computing technology, energy and environment, sustainable development, and engineering management and decision sciences.
Presentations highlighted the different ways in which the college applies innovative technologies in its classrooms and state-of-the-art research laboratories.
Faculty members responded to questions on the curriculum and research opportunities open to students through CSE’s world-ranked academic and research programs.
The HBKU’s Admissions team meanwhile discussed the program application requirements. The deadline to apply to one of HBKU’s interdisciplinary programmes is on March 15. Interested applicants can learn more at www.cse.hbku.edu.qa
