Assistant Foreign Minister and Spokesperson for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs H E Lolwah bint Rashid Al Khater met yesterday with Japan’s Ambassador to the State H E Satoshi Maeda.
The meeting dealt with reviewing bilateral cooperation and the means to enhance it, in addition to discussing ways to support stability and security in Afghanistan.
The Ambassador expressed the Japanese government’s appreciation and thanks to the State of Qatar for its efforts in Afghanistan, and its help in evacuating Japanese and Afghan citizens from Afghanistan to Japan.
