Doha, Qatar: Strong winds and high seas are expected this weekend, warned the Qatar Meteorology Department in its weather forecast.
It added that temperatures until Saturday, March 8, 2025, will range from a minimum of 20°C to a maximum of 27°C.
Although increased cloud cover and scattered rain are expected, the department noted that temperatures will be moderate to relatively hot during the daytime.
On Thursday, the wind will be southeasterly to northeasterly, while on Friday, it will be easterly to southeasterly, and on Saturday, it will be northeasterly to northwesterly. The wind speed will be 10-20 knots, gusting up to a maximum of 25 knots at certain times.
Sea heights are expected to range from 3 to 6 feet, reaching up to 9 feet offshore.
