Doha: Ashghal announced a temporary closure of traffic movement at Mesaimeer Interchange to and from E-Ring Road.
The closure on Friday, September 24, 2021, from 1am to 12pm, is in coordination with Traffic Department to start the construction works of a new pedestrian bridge in the area.
Motorists coming to E-Ring Road can use the southern part of Doha Expressway to reach their destinations, and those heading to Mesaimeer Intersection from the E-Ring must use Najma Street to D Ring Road or Asad Bin Al Furat St. to reach their destinations.
The Public Works Authority will install signboards to alert road users to this traffic change, and called on all road users to adhere to the permitted speed limits and follow the signboards in order to preserve their safety.
