Doha - Assistant Foreign Minister and Spokesperson for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs HE Lolwah bint Rashid Al Khater met Thursday with Charge d'Affaires of the UK Mission to Afghanistan Hugo Shorter.
During the meeting, they reviewed cooperation between the two countries in the Afghan issue, especially in the fields of humanitarian aid and education.
The two sides stressed the need for continued cooperation in providing and delivering humanitarian aid to the Afghan people and working to ensure the effectiveness of relief organizations inside Afghanistan.
Also, they underlined the importance of providing educational opportunities for all Afghan women of all ages.
