Katara Ramadan Festival

The Katara Ramadan Festival of this year makes you discover the hospitality traditions of Muslims in different countries. A variety of lectures, exhibitions, competitions, entertainment and educational activities are waiting for you with warm welcomes.

Opals Exhibition

 

The Australian Embassy in Doha will host an exhibition of Australian opals. The exhibition will feature rare and precious opals from the South Australian Museum. The exhibition is free for all members of public.

Katara Traditional Brain Games Competition

 

Katara Traditional Brain Games Competition, “Damen, Domna, Kerem, Sabbah”.Competition is open to all age groups. The competition is open to males, Qatari nationals only.

Meerat Ramadan at Katara

 

Food and gift items in preparations for Ramadan are being sold at lesser prices at Meerat Ramadan. The market has around 35 local shops offering a wide array of food items that are in large demand during the Holy Month.

Salam Ramadan Kayaking & Potluck Iftar

 

This is a tour designed for the holy month of Ramadan. Enjoy a great sunset paddling in the beautiful mangroves of Al Thakhira. After Kayaking, we head back to the beach and go for a potluck Iftar where people share their food.

JR Répertoire

 

A major exhibition by the celebrated French artist JR is coming to an end, with only one week left for visitors and residents to experience the show.

This 8-hour course is aimed at beginners with little to no experience with camera settings and photo composition.

Karting at Losail Circuit Sports Club

 

The registration will be done directly at the venue, at the VIP Car Park of the Losail International Circuit. The minimum age is 15 years old and any participant under the age of 18 needs permission signed by a legal guardian for the karting activity. To take part in the Karting it is compulsory to bring a helmet along for safety reasons, if not available, the circuit can provide you one. The Karting track at Losail International Circuit is open for public.
