Dr. Mohan Thomas urged the students to get inspiration from the lives of great personalities who never gave up at times, but moved on, drawing strength from failures and asked them to spread fragrance like sandalwood.

C V Rappai blessed the students, by saying, “May your hard work bear fruit, and may you succeed with grace and dignity”.

Lukose K Chacko reiterated the need to have healthy food and rest along with the preparation of exams.

The Principal Dr. Anand Nair and Vice-Principals wished the students good luck, blessed them for their success and advised them to keep up the integrity of the examinations. The Head Boy and Head Girl expressed their gratitude and happiness at being proud Birlites, sharing how the school has shaped them into confident and responsible individuals. They acknowledged the unwavering support of their teachers and mentors and the values instilled in them, which will guide them as they step into the future.

The ceremony’s highlight was the formal handing over of the hall ticket folder, which symbolises the students’ readiness for their upcoming board examinations.

In a deeply meaningful gesture, dignitaries lit candles, passing the flame to the academic heads, who then passed it to the teachers, and finally to the students — signifying the transmission of knowledge, wisdom, truth, and encouragement.

She also stressed the need to follow the given instructions to overcome any anticipated hurdles en route to the venues of the exam. The Vice-Principal, Edna Fernandez showered her blessing on the students with a beautiful verse.
