Blake Griffin added 26 points, while center DeAndre Jordan contributed 12 points and a game-high 11 rebounds.
Miami trailed by 24 points early and never got closer than 14 points. Forward Chris Bosh led the Heat with a game-high 28 points, including 18 in the first half.
Meanwhile, DeMarcus Cousins had 22 points and 14 rebounds for his fifth straight double-double as the Sacramento Kings defeated the Chicago Bulls 103-88.
