Doha: Lusail Boulevard will be for pedestrians only starting tomorrow until Saturday night, February 18, 2023.
The 1.3-kilometer avenue will be hosting a number of activities at its premises in celebration of Qatar National Sport Day tomorrow, February 14.
Announced on Twitter, Lusail City stated that family friendly activities will start from morning, including a variety of games such as football, basketball, tennis, volleyball, and more.
"Join us on #QatarNationalSportDay at Lusail Boulevard, the ambience will be amazing and the activities many. Starting in the morning, this is a great place to bring your friends and family," Lusail City tweeted.
Lusail Boulevard opened to vehicular traffic on January 7 this year after it remained pedestrians-only road for more than two weeks during the FIFA World Cup concluded on December 18, 2022.
