Riyadh: The Ministers of Culture of Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) for Arab States will hold their 22nd meeting here on Tuesday to be preceded by preparatory meetings of Undersecretaries of Culture and General Cultural Committee, Saudi Press Agency (SPA) reported on Sunday.
The GCC Assistant Secretary General for Cultural and Information Affairs confirmed that the meeting will review several topics related to the field of culture discussed in Kuwait during the period 18 - 20, September 2016, including recommendations to strengthen the Gulf of National Identity, common regulations of the cultural work, the adoption of the plan of cultural activities for the years 2017-2018 and a project of a Gulf cultural program within the GCC countries, and to consider the recommendations of the evaluation of the cultural strategic seminar held in Qatar in November 2015.
