Doha, Qatar: The latest weather information for August shows hot and humid weather to continue with no significant rainfall, said Qatar Meteorology Department (QMD).
August is dominated by the presence of low pressure at the surface, with daily mean temperature expected at 35°C.
The weather forecast for August reports mostly easterly winds which causes an increase in the relative humidity.
As per QMD, the lowest recorded temperature during August was 22.4°C in 1971 while the highest recorded one was 48.6°C in 2002.
