President of presidential council of Libya arrives in Doha

Doha:  President of the Presidential Council of the State of Libya H E Dr. Mohamed Al Menfi arrived this evening in Doha, to attend the opening ceremony of the FIFA Arab Cup Qatar 2021.

His Excellency and the accompanying delegation were received upon their arrival at Doha International Airport by HE the Minister of Culture Sheikh Abdulrahman bin Hamad Al-Thani.
