Doha: The Doha Institute for Graduate Studies organized the second introductory day for undergraduates who wish to complete their postgraduate studies in the various programs and specializations offered by the DI for the academic year 2022-2023 on Wednesday, November 24, 2021.
The event, which was supervised by the Deanship of Student Affairs, aims to provide an opportunity to answer questions related to admission standards, requirements, dates, scholarships, and other accompanying services on campus.
It is also an opportunity for students wishing to obtain a master's degree to meet other new students who are about to make the same decision and to meet students from the Institute in the same major or the same college, which enriches their information and increases their curiosity to find out more about the scientific and research life at the Institute.
The introductory day, which was held at the Institute's headquarters, included several programs ranging from presentations on master's programs, sharing study experiences, to members of the faculty presenting the study options available at the Institute, providing participants with sufficient information about study programs, and answering their inquiries in a special suite dedicated for each program.
It should be noted that the Institute organizes these introductory days every year to introduce the Institute’s mission based on research and discovery as an essential part of the learning and teaching experience at all levels, and to clarify the registration and admission criteria and the Institute’s future aspirations.
