Doha: A Qatari plane landed in Kabul International Airport carrying humanitarian aid for the people of Afghanistan.
The plane is carrying aid provided by Qatar Fund for Development (QFFD) and Qatar Charity as part of the humanitarian support from Qatar to the Afghan people, Ministry of Foreign Affairs said.
The shipment contains 46 tonnes of both medical and food aid to support the people in need during winter.
Qatar wishes the people of Afghanistan a safe winter and remains committed to supporting them.
