Tawar Mall, one of the largest shopping malls in Qatar, celebrated the ground-breaking ceremony of Novo Cinemas last evening in the presence of Abdulaziz bin Nasser Al Khalifa, CEO of Qatar Development Bank and Chairman of Novo Cinemas and Jassim bin Jabr Sultan Tawar Al Kuwari, Chairman of Tawar Mall.
Tawar Mall has partnered with Novo Cinemas, the Middle East’s most innovative cinema and a subsidiary of ELAN Group to open a new state-of-the-art cinema in Tawar Mall. Abdulaziz bin Nasser Al Khalifa and Jassim bin Jabr Sultan Tawar Al Kuwari did the honor of ribbon-cutting in the presence of their distinguished guests and media members, where the invitees were taken on a special tour of the cinema.
Jassim bin Jabr Sultan Tawar Al Kuwari commented: “It is a pleasure and an honour to launch Tawar Mall Novo Cinemas”.

Novo Cinemas at Tawar Mall features 9 Premium Theatres that include a luxury 7 Star theatre with personal butler service, fine dining menu selection and fully reclining automated seats. The cinema is also equipped with the latest Dolby Atmos Surround sound technology.
