Doha, Qatar: Qatar and Egypt are working out the details on the execution of the humanitarian pause in Gaza between Israel and the Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas).
Official spokesperson of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MoFA) Dr. Majid bin Mohammed Al Ansari announced this in a statement adding that the talks are continuing and progressing positively.
He further added that the announcement of the date and other details of when the pause agreement will come into force will be announced within the coming hours.
"Continuous talks are ongoing with the two parties and our partners in the sisterly Arab Republic of Egypt and the United States of America to ensure the rapid start of the pause and to provide what is necessary to ensure the parties’ adherence to the agreement," he added.
