Thundery, rainy weather expected: Qatar Meteorology

Doha, Qatar: According to the latest Department of Meteorology report, Doha’s weather until 9 pm is expected to be thundery and rainy accompanied by strong wind and poor horizontal visibility.

The same is expected outshore, as per the report, but with added chances of high sea and poor visibility.

“Partly cloudy to cloudy at times with chances of scattered rain maybe thundery and blowing dust at places at times,” stated the Meteorology Department’s report.

The inshore wind will be southeasterly, blowing at a speed of 10- 20 KT (knots) to 35KT with thundery rain, while the outshore wind will also blow southeasterly at 10 - 20 KT to 30 KT with thundery rain as well.
