Doha: Popular actress from South India Manju Warrier along with famous band Agam will perform in Doha in April.
A talented classical dancer, Manju will perform a Kuchipudi dance at the Raga Thala Layam 2020 show that will be held at the Al Mayassa Theatre in Qatar National Convention Centre. Manju is known for her performances in Malayalam movies such as Sallapam, Kanmadam, Kannezhuthi Pottum Thottu, Odiyan and Aami.
The event will also feature a live music performance by popular Carnatic Rock Band Agam led by Harish Sivaramakrishnan. The band formed in 2003, received its big break in 2007 when it won a Tamil television show judged by music composer AR Rahman. Apart from performing at various Indian Music festivals, the team has also performed at Live Fusion Festivals in Malaysia, Singapore and at London.
The show will be held on Friday, April 3 from 6 pm to 10 pm. The tickets are available on Q-tickets and are priced at QR100 for 2nd balcony, QR150 for 1st balcony, QR225 for diamond and QR450 and QR900 for VIP and VVIP. Apart from infants, tickets are needed for everyone.
