The Qatar Meteorology Department has predicted that the temperatures might increase to early 30s over the weekend. So, residents if you are planning to head out, we have prepared a list of indoor activities to do over the weekend.

The Underwater Bubble Theatre

Children will be taken on an unexpected journey in the colourful underwater world of Bubblelandia. The inhabitants of Bubblelandia with Mr B leading the show will take the visitors on an imaginary journey in the underwater world where fantasy becomes reality. The well-balanced blend of drama, mime, dance, juggling, contortionism, sand art and magic, with the amazing beauty of soap bubbles make “B” unique and perfect for families.

The price for the ticket ranges from 599QR (Diamond) to 149QR (Silver).

Embrace the Qatari Lifestyle

As a step towards giving insight into the culture, history, social behavior and the ins and outs of life in Qatar and indulge in a traditional Qatari buffet, Embrace Doha has organized this weekend event. Delivered by Qatari Amal Al Shammari, this event at Diplomatic Club is provide a cultural awareness among the visitors.

Powder And Damask (Islamic Arms and Armour from the Collection of Fadel Al-Mansoori)

Powder and Damask explores the art of craftsmanship which reached unprecedented levels in these regions under the Ottoman, Safavid and Mughal empires, and considers these objects not only as weapons but as works of art.

This exhibition showcases Islamic arms and armour from the private collection of Fadel Al Mansoori. Including both edged weapons and firearms, the objects on display range from the 17th to the 19th century, and were produced primarily in greater Turkey, Iran and India.
