President of Uruguay H E Dr. Luis Lacalle Pou and his wife visited Al Shaqab, a member of Qatar Foundation, on the sidelines of his official visit to the country yesterday. The President and his wife were briefed on the highlights of Al Shaqab’s facilities, which are based on the highest equestrian standards.
The President and his delegation, accompanied by Al Shaqab Executive Director Khalifa bin Mohammed Al Attiyah attended a horse show of a number of purebred Arabian horses produced by Al Shaqab. Uruguay President expressed his admiration for what he witnessed and praised the high-quality facilities of Al Shaqab.
