Minister of Foreign Affairs of Libya H E Najla El Mangoush received a copy of the credentials of H E Khalid Mohammed Zabin Al Dosari as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Qatar to Libya. The Foreign Minister expressed her thanks and appreciation to Qatar, the government and people for their support and assistance to their brothers in Libya.
