Doha: The Amir HH Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani will head the delegation of Qatar for the 42nd session of the Supreme Council of the Cooperation Council for the Arab States of the Gulf (GCC), which will be held tomorrow (Tuesday) in the city of Riyadh in Saudi Arabia.
