TIRANA: Amir H H Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani sent a written message to President of the Republic of Albania, H E Ilir Meta, pertaining to bilateral relations and means of enhancing and developing them. The message was handed over by Ambassador of the State of Qatar to the Republic of Albania, H E Ali bin Hamad Al Marri, during a meeting with the President of Albania.
