Doha: Ambassador of the State of Qatar to the French Republic H E Sheikh Ali bin Jassim Al Thani stressed the strength of relations between the State of Qatar and the French Republic, which have been consolidated in recent years through mutual visits between senior officials in the two countries.
Speaking to Qatar News Agency (QNA), the Ambassador said that the working visit of HE President of the French Republic Emmanuel Macron to Doha comes to highlight the development of the Qatari-French relations, as it discusses cooperation relations between the two countries and ways to support and enhance them, and several related developments of mutual concern.
His Excellency underscored the importance of the visit to continue coordinating positions on regional files, at a time when the role played by the State of Qatar in settling international disputes and alleviating crises in many regions of the world is highlighted.
