Doha: The Ministry of Environment and Climate Change held two discussion sessions with companies specialised in installing and operating the laboratory information management system, with the aim of moving from the paper-based stage to the electronic transaction stage in all stages of data transfer and documentation. Director of the Department of Monitoring and Environmental Laboratory in the Ministry, Eng. Hassan Al Qassimi, said the Laboratory Information Management System is a type of programme designed to improve laboratory productivity and efficiency and link all stages and analytical processes to each other by tracking data.
