Doha: The Ministry of Labor announced the amendment of public review days for its specialized departments, namely departments of employment, inspection and labor relations, and in this context, it allocated Sundays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays of every week to receive the public at its headquarters from 8 am to 12 pm.
The Ministry also receives the public throughout the week, from Sunday to Thursday, from 8 am to 12 pm, at the public service centre on the first floor at its main headquarters and the service centres in Al Wakra, Al Khor, Al Shahaniya and the Industrial Area.
The public can inquire about the required procedures and submit transactions through various electronic platforms, such as the unified platform for complaints and reports.
This step comes within the framework of the Ministry's keenness to facilitate the reception of the public, enhance services and provide them with assistance.
