Doha, Qatar: Msheireb Downtown Doha, a popular destination in Doha, embraced the spirit of Eid Al Adha by hosting a range of entertaining activities for visitors of all ages.

The festivities commenced on Wednesday and continued from 3pm to 10pm at Msheireb Galleria, where an array of attractions awaited attendees. The activities will run until July 3. To engage the crowd, various activities have been scheduled throughout the Eid holiday.

These included Eid trivia quiz giveaways, a Novo Cinema trivia quiz, a captivating magic show, vibrant photo booths, e-gaming rooms, thrilling electric car races, interactive drawing sessions, and engaging handcraft activities for kids.

The lively atmosphere at Msheireb Galleria drew large crowds, particularly children and their parents who eagerly joined in the holiday merriment.

Jesse, a Filipino, noted the vibrant ambiance of Msheireb Galleria during the Eid celebrations. “It’s wonderful to see the place bustling with activity and witnessing these kids enjoying every moment of it,” he said.

Sam, who was visiting Qatar from Georgia, praised the indoor activities offered at Msheireb Downtown Doha, which provided relief from the scorching summer sun. Sharing his experience, he said: “My two children, aged five and six enjoyed the magic show and drawing sessions. They loved it so much that we plan to visit again the next day.”

In addition to the Eid festivities, visitors at Msheireb Downtown Doha have the opportunity to explore ongoing exhibitions. The “Buone Nuove: Women Changing Architecture Exhibition” celebrated visionary women architects and reimagined the possibilities within the field of architecture. This exhibition is located at the Msheireb Design Centre.

The free to enter exhibition highlights the significant contributions of female architects and designers in shaping the built environment.

Another exhibition, “Zwara: Focus on Forever Valentino Exhibition 2023,” delved into the intersection between fashion and various design disciplines. Visitors could explore this exhibition at M7 Floor 1 - Creative Learning Space. The exhibit is also free to enter where individuals can preview the work of 13 avant-garde artists from across the world as they push the boundaries of contemporary art.
