Doha: H E Monica Geingos, First Lady of Namibia, has met H E Sheikha Hind bint Hamad Al Thani, Vice Chairperson and CEO of Qatar Foundation, while visiting Education City.
The First Lady was given an overview of Qatar Foundation’s (QF) ecosystem of education, science, and community development from the eighth floor viewing balcony of the 2015 Building (QF Headquarters).
The First Lady of Namibia also visited Qatar National Library (QNL), yesterday.
During the visit, Her Excellency was briefed on the architectural structure of Qatar National Library and the most important books it contains in various sciences, arts and literature, as well as the heritage library, children’s library, and the library’s creativity station.
