Doha: The Court of First Instance fined a woman 10,000 Qatari Riyals on charges of assault and for insulting a man inside a parking lot.
The court also fined the man QR 1,000 for insulting the women.
According to the facts of the case, the second defendant (woman) was in front of a restaurant and wanted to park her car, but the first defendant (man) stopped his car in front of her, and when she honked, he started screaming at her.
According to witnesses, who was inside the restaurant, heard some loud noises outside. He went out to see what was happening and saw the second defendant (woman) hit the first defendant (man) and insult him over the parking in front of the restaurant.
