Doha, Qatar: Khalid Bin Nasser Hamad Al Thani Group Holding (KBN) recently organised a blood donation drive, demonstrating its unwavering commitment to the local community and public health.
The event was held at KBN Group Office in Al Sadd, in collaboration with Hamad Medical Corporation (HMC) Blood Donation Centre. The initiative witnessed keen participation from all the 12 companies under the KBN Group Holding umbrella.
This year’s campaign highlighted the importance and lifesaving potential of blood donation. “Our employees enthusiastically participated in this blood donation drive, reinforcing our Group’s dedication to fostering a culture of philanthropy and social responsibility,” said Keerthana, KBN Group HR Manager.
Commenting on the occasion, Pradeesh Kumar, KBN Group General Manager, remarked “Our blood donation drive is the latest of the various deep-rooted social responsibility initiatives started by our founder H E Sheikh Khalid Bin Nasser Hamad Al Thani to support the community we serve, and still continued by his family. As a Qatari Company we are proud to host this noble event in association with HMC and its our way of expressing our gratitude to the State of Qatar and Hamad Medical Corporation for their kind and invaluable support to the people of Qatar.”
