Doha: Qatar Airways issued an apology to all passengers on flight QR1027 from Dubai International Airport to Hamad International Airport for a four-hour delay on Friday.
In a tweet on their Arabic twitter handle the airline said that the delay due to a technical glitch was not in their control. They added that the technical glitch delayed the takeoff and safety of passengers is the top priority of the airline. The technical fault took more time than expected to get resolved.
They posted the cause of the delay on their official account on Twitter.

The flight from Dubai to Doha on Friday, April 21, was delayed at Dubai airport for more than 4 hours, according to passengers on the flight, who said that they were stuck inside the aircraft for the entire period.
