Doha: Fresh to strong Northwesterly wind continues to affect the country tweeted Qatar Meteorology Department on its social media account. The department also added that it recorded a low morning temperature of 15 degree Celsius in Turaina.
Meanwhile, in its report for the weekend, the department issued a warning of strong wind with high sea on Thursday and Friday with the weather becoming relatively cold by night.
The temperatures will be around a minimum of 20 degree Celsius to a maximum of 25 degree Celsius on Friday.
For Saturday, the department did’nt issue any warning adding that the weather would have clouds with a weak chance of scattered rain at places during day time and a relatively cold night. The temperature will vary between 20 and 24 degree Celsius.
The department added that there are initial indications showing a chance of scattered rain on Monday.
It requested residents to follow weather updates through its social media accounts.
