Doha: Rain cloud cover over Qatar is expected to increase from tomorrow, January 22, 2023, stated the weather authority in the country.
The Qatar Meteorology Department, in a statement, said that it is expected that the cloud amounts will increase across the country, with chances of light rain by Sunday evening, intesifying from Monday to become light to moderate.
This weather condition, which may be accompanied by thunder, will continue until the end of the week.
The Northeasterly-Northwesterly wind will also become strong during this period.
The department appealed to follow safety instruction issued by authorities during such weather conditions.
