Doha: Organising Committee for the National Day celebrations of Qatar have announced that there will be a drone show accompanying the fireworks display at Doha Corniche.
In a tweet on its official account, the committee said in arabic (that roughly translates to) that the evening will include a firework display at 9:20pm (earlier it was reported to be held at 8:30pm) at Corniche along with presentation by drones.
The tweet was accompanied by a video of the fireworks exhibited in the previous years.
The organisers have stressed the importance of adhering to the preventive and precautionary measures set by the health authorities, maintaining sufficient distance, not accompanying children, the elderly and people with disabilities.
