Doha: The Arab Centre for Research and Policy Studies and the Doha Institute for Graduate Studies (DI) signed two memoranda of understanding (MoU) with the Arab Planning Institute, based in Kuwait, regarding strengthening partnership and cooperation between the institutions.
The areas of cooperation stipulated in the two memoranda include research and preparation of studies on topics of common interest, especially issues of economic, social, and institutional development, and in the areas of consultancy and training.
The two memorandums aim to develop cooperation between the Arab Centre and the Doha Institute on the one hand, and the Arab Planning Institute on the other, within the framework of providing technical support, holding forums and development events, exchanging experts, consultants, researchers, and other areas.
The MoU was signed on behalf of the Doha Institute for Graduate Studies by Acting President Dr. Abdelwahab El Affendi, on behalf of the Arab Centre its Executive Director, Dr. Mohamad Elmasry, and behalf of the Arab Planning Institute, its Director General, Dr. Bader Othman Malallah.
