Doha: There will be a special fireworks show at the Corniche to mark the Qatar National Day. This year the fireworks will be spectacular as the organisers have promised many surprise elements.

To be held at the Corniche between 8pm and 8.10pm, the fireworks will have 100,000 effects and it will be pyromusical – fireworks set to music – a unique feature you don’t want to miss. There is also a special National Day surprise involving a very tall structure according to the show designer.

“We are going to make 100,000 effects and this year it will be very special and there will be many surprises. We have a structure, which is as high as a ten-storey building, as part of the show and it will be a special surprise for the National Day,” said Dr Fariborz Samadian, Engineer and Designer of the fireworks show in a video.

So keep yourselves free tomorrow evening and head with friends and family to Corniche to watch this magnificent spectacle.

The National Day organisers have also issued a map showing the exact location of the fireworks.

There are many other interesting National Day activities to watch and take part in like the very interesting and unique show by 300 Drones at Katara today and tomorrow.
