Doha: As part of Qatar’s celebration of Arab Human Rights Day, which falls on March 16 of each year, the Human Rights Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MoFA) held a celebration on this occasion yesterday at Oxygen Park in Education City.
The celebration of Arab Human Rights Day this year comes under the slogan,‘The right to a healthy, safe and sustainable environment.’ The ceremony was attended by Director of the Human Rights Department at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs H E Dr. Turki bin Abdullah Al Mahmoud, Assistant Undersecretary for Environment and Climate Change Affairs at the Ministry of Environment and Climate Change Eng Abdullah Juma Al Muraikhi and a number of school students.
