Doha: The Ministry of Labour participated in the career fair organised by Rawda Bent Mohammed Secondary School for Girls.
The event was aimed at empowering female students by providing them with valuable insights into academic and university specialisations, as well as various training courses, helping them make informed decisions about their future academic paths.
This participation underscores the Ministry’s ongoing efforts to bridge the gap between education and the labour market, in alignment with the third National Development Strategy (2024–2030), which aims to prepare a highly effective national workforce capable of contributing to the private sector.
During the fair, employees from the Ministry delivered presentations and guidance to the students, they provided information on emerging university specialisations, along with the Ministry’s professional readiness initiatives, summer training programmes, and career placement schemes all designed to prepare students for a successful transition into the workforce in the future.
