SEK International School Qatar awarded Smart Exemplary School seal

Doha: SEK International School Qatar has been awarded the Smart Exemplary School seal, which is given to schools that have successfully overcome numerous obstacles to ensure that learning continues under all circumstances. 

SEK-Qatar now joins this global community of leaders from 45 schools, becoming part of a powerful network of education visionaries attaining outstanding results through the use of teaching and learning technology. All SEK-Qatar’s classrooms are fitted with interactive 4K screens. 

During their visit to SEK-Qatar, Nadia Albaraghithi, Education Consultant in the Middle East, remarked that SEK International School Qatar was fully integrating the SMART solution both hardware and software in their classrooms. 

Teachers who are already trained were enjoying utilising Lumio platform with their students to engage and collaborate in different ways.

SEK International School Qatar was established in 2013 as part of the Qatari Ministry of Education’s Outstanding Schools Programme. 

This coeducational and multilingual school in Qatar boasts a cutting-edge learning campus located in Doha’s West Bay district. English is the language of instruction and students also learn Spanish and Arabic.
