Doha: Ezdan Hotels Group announced the soft opening of the second branch of Al Thouraya Restaurant in the five-star Ezdan Palace Hotel, after it achieved remarkable success in its first branch in Ezdan Hotel West Bay Towers.
Mimicking the genuine oriental style in cookery, decoration and catering, Al Thouraya Restaurant is characterised by its elegant oriental model coupled with the splendour and taste of European and international cuisines with chefs well versed in haute cuisine.
Coinciding with the celebrations of the advent of the auspicious month of Ramadan, the family atmosphere and special social occasions, which meet the aspirations of those wishing to spend a time full of happiness and delicious taste in complete privacy decorated with five-star grandeur, it was decided to launch the eatery.
Al Thouraya features expansiveness, as the restaurant provides food and beverage services to hotel halls which can admit more than 2,000 people, and carry out special family events, including Marjan, Fairouz, Al Masa, Luloah in addition to the Wedding Hall (Jawaher) ballroom, which spans over an area of more than 1900 square metres.
The new branch of Al Thouraya Restaurant is also unique in its vital location with a high capacity that meets the needs, giving its visitors the experience of enjoying the most delicious dishes with a wonderful view of the hotel’s swimming pool with its picturesque evening lights.
During Ramadan, the restaurant serves breakfast and Suhoor with a rich menu abounds in a plethora of dishes, to cater all the tastes of its patrons and allow them to live a unique dining experience.

The first branch of Al Thouraya Restaurant is located on the fourth floor of Ezdan Hotel, West Bay Towers, and has a capacity of more than 300 people inside the restaurant and in the area surrounding the Olympic swimming pool, allowing all needs to be accommodated.
It is characterised by its picturesque wooden designs that simulate the oriental heritage architecture, and its name is derived from the Arabic name of the chandelier to express the sumptuousness of the Arabic design and to suggest an attractive oriental atmosphere. It contains two indoor and outdoor sections.
