Assistant Foreign Minister H E Lolwah bint Rashid Al Khater during a meeting with Ambassador of European Union to Qatar H E Dr. Cristian Tudor, yesterday.
Doha: Assistant Foreign Minister H E Lolwah bint Rashid Al Khater met yesterday with Minister of State for United Nations and the Commonwealth and Special Representative of British Prime Minister H E Lord Ahmad of Wimbledon, who is currently visiting the country.
During the meeting, they reviewed bilateral cooperation relations, and ways to make the United Nations pledging summit on Afghanistan a success, in addition to discussing the importance of continuing to provide humanitarian assistance to Afghanistan.
Assistant Foreign Minister also met yesterday with Ambassador of the European Union to Qatar H E Dr. Cristian Tudor.
During the meeting, they reviewed cooperation relations between Qatar and the European Union and ways to develop them as well as a number of issues of common interest.
