Qatar Airways suspends flights to and from Kolkata

Due to the weather conditions caused by the Cyclon Bulbul that is heading towards the Bay of Bengal, Qatar Qatar Airways has suspended its flights for the day. 

In an alert put up by Qatar Airways Support on its twitter account, the message read that "Flights to and from Kolkata Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose International Airport (CCU) are currently suspended from 6 pm Saturday 9 November to 6 am Sunday 10 November local time due to severe weather resulting from Cyclone Bulbul." 

It further added the safety of its passengers was of utmost importance and all passengers will be assisted upon arrival into Doha with alternate flight options to ensure smooth onward connections to their final destination if required.
