Department of Meteorology has warned against sea activities from Saturday to Monday.
"Thundery rain is expected to begin from Saturday until Monday,” the department said.
“Northeasterly to Southeasterly strong wind is expected, ranging between 8-18 kt reaching 30 kt at places at times,” it said, adding thundery rain is also likely.
The wave height to range between 3-6 ft rising to 10 ft during thundery rain.
The departments also urged the residents of Qatar to follow latest updates through their official social media accounts.
