Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs H E Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al Thani meeting with Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Slovenia H E Dr. Anze Logar, in Ljubljana .
Ljubljana: President of the Republic of Slovenia H E Borut Pahor met in Ljubljana with Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs H E Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al Thani.
At the outset of the meeting, the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs conveyed the greetings of Amir H H Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani to the President of the Republic of Slovenia, and His Highness wishes of good health and happiness to the President, and wishes of continued progress and prosperity to the government and people of Slovenia.
For his part, the President of Slovenia entrusted the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs with his greetings to H H the Amir, wishing him the best of health and happiness, and continued progress, development and prosperity to the State of Qatar.
During the meeting, they reviewed bilateral cooperation between the two countries and means of boosting and developing them in various fields, in addition to discussing a number of regional and international issues of joint interest.
Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs H E Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al Thani also met with the Prime Minister of the Republic of Slovenia H E Janez Jansa, in Ljubljana. During the meeting, they reviewed bilateral cooperation in various fields and a number of regional and international issues of joint interest.
The Foreign Minister also met with Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Slovenia H E Dr. Anze Logar.
The meeting dealt with reviewing bilateral cooperation and the means of enhancing them in all fields, in addition to enhancing bilateral cooperation on a number of regional and international issues of joint interest, particularly the Afghan issue.
In another meeting, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs H E Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al Thani reviewed bilateral cooperation with the Interior of the Republic of Slovenia H E Ales Hojs.
They also exchanged views on means of enhancing them in various fields, in addition to discussing the latest security developments in the international arena.
