Doha: Free shuttle buses will operate from Al Shaqab Metro Station to Longines Arena and back for the Longines Global Champions Tour Doha.
The first round of the 2020 Longines Global Champions Tour (LGCT) - the world’s most popular show jumping series - opens today and Qatar is ready to deliver a ‘spectacular’ show said the top officials associated with the sport.
For the convenience of the fans, Al Shaqab will run a bus every 10 minutes back and forth to the Longines Arena for next three days starting March 5.
On March 5, the shuttle bus will run between 11am and 9pm, while on March 6 and 7 buses will operate from 2pm to 11pm and 8am to 10pm respectively.
The Doha Metro has been a huge hit with commuters since it opened in May last year and is the most popular form of transportation for every important tournament in the country.
