Doha: The Minister of Environment and Climate Change HE Sheikh Dr Faleh bin Nasser Al Thani met Bill Gates, founder of Bill & Melinda Gates Charitable Organization at Glasgow, Scotland.
The Minister was accompanied by Special Envoy for Climate and Sustainability Ambassador HE Badr bin Omar Al-Dafa during the meeting at the Qatar pavilion on the sidelines of the United Nations Climate Change Conference (COP26). They discussed ways of cooperation between the State of Qatar and the Foundation.
Earlier Amir H H Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani had attended the opening session of COP26.
