Cairo: The Arab League called Saturday on different parties in Libya to commit to a comprehensive ceasefire and all military operations, in order to avoid any threat of civil war.
A statement released by the Arab League today stressed that the council sided with the Libyan people since they began their revolution.
The council encouraged the parties involved in Libya to have political talks and agree on a national unity government that will be able to regain security and stability.
